LIGHT UP YOUR DIWALI

WORKOUTS !

Every year during Diwali we find ourselves gifting sweets and not being able to escape from those delicious delights that come in diamond shapes (yes I’m looking at you kaju katli). So here’s what we realised, we have whey and we have protein bars both of which are absolutely delicious and sweet while still making sure our trainers do not judge us for the lack of control post festivities. So much trouble -so we could get you yummy sweets to gift, without all that guilt.

This Diwali we have brought to you a gift that isn’t gifted ahead because it got over as soon as the Fuelled logo was spotted. Here's offering India’s fitness supplements range, sweetened just right and still hyped on protein and minimal carbs. No added sugar, no extra push ups or hiding you’re your trainers….nothing. Just cold-pressed whey in delicious flavours and protein bars rolled into a decadent, bean-to-bar chocolate, with love!

Gift good health (with insane sweets) this diwali to your friends, relatives, gym buddies and hell even your trainer and help them in getting a balance of the sweets and the protein needed for your fitness journey. You no longer have to start with day 1 again after the festivities.

And guess what? Every order we send out comes beautifully packed in our limited edition festive packaging, adding to the festive vibe.

Our Diwali box included a selection of Fuelled products such as whey protein, pre-workout, and protein bars. The packaging was vibrant and festive, reflecting the joy and color of Diwali. To sweeten the deal, we included free protein bars with every purchase.

When we said our meta ads content was explosive they were EXPLOSIVE!

We nearly ran out of our limited edition packages and we couldn't have been happier. Diwali is close, and it can sometimes throw us off our game, and I don’t mean our mithai game. Surrounded by sweet temptation and festive energy it’s alright to let go and enjoy the moment with loved ones (don’t tell my trainer I said that). So where do we come into the picture? Because we're here to help you stay on track and avoid undoing all your hard work while still enjoying the festivities (we have a barfi recipe, and it’s rich in protein so….)

Drink responsibly doesn’t mean to make sure your glass doesn’t spill. We all know how our trainers look when we tell our drink counts and how grilling the workout gets from thereon. And the after effects of alcohol on our bodies making it sluggish and slow doesn’t help either. Let me spill some secrets to help you drink slightly more responsibly and still be your trainer’s fav. But do you want to be the guy who checks his calorie charts and brings out a calculator and sits and the bar haggling on how much fun he can have? Well, we have the perfect guide. We've put together a collection of all the popular drinks and their calorie content.

Should you look into the mixers as well? We got that covered for you. It’s our all time asked for cheat sheet.

Everybody’s got their poison, mine is MITHAI. Alright, let's talk about it today.

It wouldn't be fair to think that Diwali can come and go without an overload of sweets. While it's not possible, nor expected, to completely cut off all the sweets, you can definitely plan it better.

To help you with that, we've put together this Mithai Calorie cheat sheet. This does not mean you stop the sweet because as we all know it’s difficult with all the sweets ka dabbas opened and just tempting your eyes for their sweet taste. Instead what we propose is you know what you are getting your intestines into. By knowing the amount of sugar and calories you can map out your intake and slip in an extra kaju katli or two knowing what your goals are.
